Bluestone Physician Services was created in 2006 by Dr. Todd Stivland to meet the unique and growing needs of patients in assisted living, memory care and group home facilities. Dr. Stivland has over 10 years of experience in office based family care and onsite home visits. Bluestone Physician Services is designed to provide superior medical care to residential patients where they live. By providing in home service, we are able to care for the patient in the environment where they are most comfortable, and avoid the stress and time required to travel to a clinic. The in home visit includes current medical concerns, frequent medication review, preventative care, foot care, skin care, chronic disease management and arrangement of specialty care when needed. All patients are serviced by state of the art electronic medical records, which allows the staff daily access to the physician, eliminating unnecessary delays.
